Who we are and what these terms coverإحنا مين وإيه اللي بتغطيه الشروط

These terms are an agreement between you and TradeHub LLC, a company registered in the United States ("TradeHub", "Pick&Ship", "we", "us"), which owns and operates the website pickandship.co and the Pick&Ship services. They cover the website, our apps, your account, your wallet and every order you place.الشروط دي اتفاق بينك وبين TradeHub LLC، شركة مسجّلة في الولايات المتحدة ("TradeHub" أو "Pick&Ship" أو "نحن")، المالكة والمشغّلة لموقع pickandship.co وخدمات Pick&Ship. وبتغطي الموقع وتطبيقاتنا وحسابك ومحفظتك وكل طلب بتقدّمه.

Eligibility and your accountالأهلية وحسابك

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Do not use the service if you are not.لازم يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل وتكون قادر قانونًا تدخل في عقد ملزم. متستخدمش الخدمة لو مش كده.
• You must give accurate, current information (name, phone, delivery address, and any identity details customs may require) and keep it up to date.لازم تدّي بيانات صحيحة وحديثة (الاسم والتليفون وعنوان التوصيل وأي بيانات هوية قد تطلبها الجمارك) وتحافظ على تحديثها.
• You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think it was used without your permission.إنت مسؤول عن كلمة السر وعن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك. بلّغنا فورًا لو شكيت إن حد استخدمه من غير إذنك.
• One person, one account. We may suspend or close accounts that are fake, duplicated, abusive or used for fraud.شخص واحد، حساب واحد. ممكن نوقف أو نقفل أي حساب وهمي أو مكرر أو مسيء أو مستخدم في احتيال.

Our role: we are a buying and delivery serviceدورنا: خدمة شراء وتوصيل

• We act as your purchasing agent and delivery service. When you order, you ask us to buy the item from a third-party store and bring it to you. We are not the manufacturer, brand owner or original seller of the items.بنشتغل كوكيل شراء وخدمة توصيل ليك. لما بتطلب، إنت بتطلب مننا نشتري المنتج من متجر طرف ثالث ونجيبه ليك. إحنا مش المصنّع ولا صاحب الماركة ولا البائع الأصلي للمنتجات.
• We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand or store. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.مفيش أي ارتباط أو رعاية أو تأييد بيننا وبين أي ماركة أو متجر. أسماء الماركات والشعارات وصور المنتجات ملك أصحابها وبتتستخدم لتعريف المنتجات بس.
• Product information (title, photos, size, colour, stock, price) is read from the store and may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. We do not guarantee it. Please check the details on the order page before you pay.معلومات المنتج (الاسم والصور والمقاس واللون والتوفر والسعر) بتتقرا من المتجر وممكن تكون ناقصة أو قديمة أو غلط. مبنضمنهاش. من فضلك راجع التفاصيل في صفحة الأوردر قبل الدفع.

Prices, currency and the dollar rateالأسعار والعملة وسعر الدولار

• Prices are shown and charged in Egyptian pounds (EGP). The price is built from the store price, US sales tax, the store's own shipping, international shipping by weight and category, any handling fee, and our fee, converted at the official dollar rate.الأسعار بتتعرض وبتتحاسب بالجنيه المصري. السعر مبني على سعر المتجر وضريبة المبيعات الأمريكية وشحن المتجر نفسه والشحن الدولي حسب الوزن والفئة وأي رسوم تجهيز وعمولتنا، محوّلين بسعر الدولار الرسمي.
• The dollar rate is updated daily. The rate used for your order is the rate shown at the time you place it.سعر الدولار بيتحدّث يوميًا. والسعر المستخدم في أوردرك هو المعروض لحظة ما تقدّمه.
• Weight, category and shipping cost may be estimated until the item reaches our warehouse. If the real figures are materially different we will tell you before shipping and you can accept or cancel.الوزن والفئة وتكلفة الشحن ممكن تكون تقديرية لحد ما المنتج يوصل مخزننا. لو الأرقام الفعلية مختلفة بشكل جوهري هنبلّغك قبل الشحن وتقدر توافق أو تلغي.
• Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees or exchange margins. We are not responsible for them.بنكك أو جهة إصدار الكارت ممكن تضيف رسومها أو هامش تحويل. إحنا مش مسؤولين عنها.
• We may correct pricing errors. If an item was priced wrongly we may cancel the order and refund you in full.ممكن نصحح أخطاء التسعير. لو منتج اتسعّر غلط ممكن نلغي الأوردر ونرجّع فلوسك كاملة.

Orders and paymentالطلبات والدفع

• Placing an order is an offer to ask us to buy the item. We accept it when we actually purchase the item from the store. Until then we may cancel and refund you in full (for example if the item is out of stock, the price changed, the store cancels, or we suspect fraud).تقديم الطلب هو عرض منك إننا نشتري المنتج. بنقبله لما نشتري المنتج فعلًا من المتجر. لحد وقتها ممكن نلغي ونرجّع فلوسك كاملة (مثلًا لو المنتج خلص أو السعر اتغيّر أو المتجر لغى أو اشتبهنا في احتيال).
• You can pay by card through our payment provider or from your Pick&Ship wallet. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store your full card number.تقدر تدفع بالكارت من خلال مزوّد الدفع أو من محفظة Pick&Ship. بيانات الكارت بيتعامل معاها مزوّد الدفع ومبنخزّنش رقم الكارت كامل.
• Your payment is held and used only for your order. Our fee is earned when we buy the item and is not refundable unless we cancel or fail to deliver, as described below.فلوسك بتتحجز وبتتستخدم لأوردرك بس. عمولتنا بتتستحق لما نشتري المنتج ومش بتتسترد إلا لو إحنا لغينا أو فشلنا في التسليم حسب الموضح تحت.
• Wallet: wallet balance is prepaid credit usable only on Pick&Ship. It earns no interest, is not a bank account, cannot be transferred to others, and refunds may be returned to the wallet. Where the law requires, balances are returned to the original payment method.المحفظة: رصيد المحفظة رصيد مدفوع مسبقًا بيتستخدم على Pick&Ship بس. مفيهوش فوائد وهو مش حساب بنكي ومش بيتحوّل لشخص تاني، والاسترداد ممكن يرجع للمحفظة. ولما القانون يتطلّب بيرجع الرصيد لوسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
• Chargebacks: please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. If a chargeback is filed for an order that was delivered or correctly handled, we may suspend your account and recover the amount and our costs.رد المبالغ من البنك: من فضلك كلّمنا قبل ما تعترض على عملية دفع عند البنك. لو اتقدم اعتراض على أوردر اتسلّم أو اتنفّذ صح، ممكن نوقف حسابك ونسترد المبلغ وتكاليفنا.

Shipping, delivery and customsالشحن والتوصيل والجمارك

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can be caused by the store, carriers, weather, holidays, customs, security checks or events beyond our control.مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية مش مضمونة. التأخير ممكن يحصل من المتجر أو شركات الشحن أو الطقس أو الإجازات أو الجمارك أو الفحص الأمني أو أحداث خارجة عن إرادتنا.
• We may combine, split or re-route parcels, and use travellers, couriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to deliver.ممكن نجمّع أو نقسّم أو نغيّر مسار الطرود، ونستعين بمسافرين وشركات شحن ومخلّصين جمركيين للتسليم.
• Customs: Egyptian customs may inspect, hold, charge or seize parcels. Unless your order page says duties and taxes are included, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fines and clearance fees. We cannot predict or guarantee customs decisions.الجمارك: ممكن الجمارك المصرية تفتّش أو تحجز أو تحاسب أو تصادر الطرود. إلا لو صفحة أوردرك بتقول إن الرسوم والضرائب مشمولة، إنت المسؤول عن أي رسوم جمركية وضرائب وغرامات ورسوم تخليص. ومقدرش أتوقع قرارات الجمارك ولا أضمنها.
• You must provide a correct, complete address and a reachable phone number. If delivery fails because of wrong details or because you were unavailable, re-delivery may cost extra and the parcel may be returned or held.لازم تدّي عنوان صحيح كامل ورقم تليفون متاح. لو التسليم فشل بسبب بيانات غلط أو لإنك مكنتش متاح، إعادة التوصيل ممكن تكلّف زيادة والطرد ممكن يتعاد أو يتحجز.
• You are responsible for making sure the items you order can legally be imported and used in Egypt. See the Prohibited items page.إنت مسؤول إنك تتأكد إن المنتجات اللي بتطلبها مسموح استيرادها واستخدامها قانونًا في مصر. شوف صفحة المنتجات المحظورة.

Checking your parcel and reporting problemsفحص الطرد والإبلاغ عن المشاكل

• Check your parcel when it arrives. Report any problem (damaged, wrong item, missing item, not delivered) through Report a problem on your order page within 48 hours of delivery, or by the latest delivery date for non-delivery, with clear photos or video of the parcel and the item.افحص الطرد أول ما يوصل. بلّغ عن أي مشكلة (تالف أو منتج غلط أو ناقص أو ماااتسلّمش) من "الإبلاغ عن مشكلة" في صفحة أوردرك خلال 48 ساعة من التسليم، أو قبل آخر موعد توصيل في حالة عدم التسليم، مع صور أو فيديو واضح للطرد والمنتج.
• Claims made later, or without evidence, may be refused.الطلبات المتأخرة أو من غير إثبات ممكن تترفض.
• We will review each report fairly and may ask for more information or for the item to be returned.هنراجع كل بلاغ بإنصاف وممكن نطلب معلومات إضافية أو إرجاع المنتج.

Cancellations, returns and refundsالإلغاء والاسترجاع والاسترداد

• Before we buy the item: you can cancel from your order page for a full refund.قبل ما نشتري المنتج: تقدر تلغي من صفحة أوردرك وتسترد كامل المبلغ.
• After we buy the item: the purchase is final with the third-party store, so change-of-mind cancellations are generally not possible. If the store accepts a return we will try to help, but you bear the return shipping, store fees and our costs, and the return is subject to the store's own rules and time limits.بعد ما نشتري المنتج: الشراء من المتجر بيبقى نهائي، فالإلغاء لتغيير الرأي غالبًا مش ممكن. لو المتجر قبل الإرجاع هنحاول نساعد، لكن إنت بتتحمّل شحن الإرجاع ورسوم المتجر وتكاليفنا، والإرجاع خاضع لقواعد المتجر ومواعيده.
• We refund in full when: the store cancels or cannot fulfil the order; we cancel before buying; or the item is lost before delivery to you. Late, damaged, wrong, held or seized items are handled according to the policy shown on your order page, which can be a full or partial refund.بنرجّع المبلغ كامل لما: المتجر يلغي أو مش قادر ينفّذ الأوردر، أو إحنا نلغي قبل الشراء، أو المنتج يضيع قبل ما يوصلك. المنتجات المتأخرة أو التالفة أو الغلط أو المحجوزة أو المصادرة بتتعامل حسب السياسة الموضحة في صفحة أوردرك، وممكن تكون استرداد كامل أو جزئي.
• We do not refund for: wrong size, colour or taste choices you made yourself; items that match what you ordered; manufacturer defects outside the store's return period (contact the brand; international warranties usually do not apply in Egypt); customs charges; or loss caused by confiscation of prohibited items.مبنرجّعش في حالات: اختيار مقاس أو لون أو ذوق غلط من عندك، أو منتجات مطابقة لللي طلبته، أو عيوب تصنيع بعد فترة إرجاع المتجر (كلّم الماركة، والضمان الدولي غالبًا مش ساري في مصر)، أو الرسوم الجمركية، أو خسارة سببها مصادرة منتجات محظورة.
• Refunds go to the original payment method or to your wallet, and can take several business days to appear.الاسترداد بيرجع لوسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو للمحفظة وممكن ياخد كذا يوم عمل ليظهر.

Risk and titleالمخاطر والملكية

You become the owner of the item when it is delivered to you. Until then we are responsible for it only to the extent stated in this agreement and the policy shown on your order page. After delivery the risk of loss, damage and misuse is yours.بتبقى مالك المنتج لما يتسلّم ليك. لحد وقتها إحنا مسؤولين عنه فقط في حدود اللي مكتوب في الاتفاق ده والسياسة الموضحة في صفحة أوردرك. وبعد التسليم مخاطر الفقد والتلف وسوء الاستخدام عليك.

Prohibited and restricted itemsالمنتجات المحظورة والمقيّدة

You must not order prohibited items (see the Prohibited items page). We may refuse, cancel, hold or report an order at any time. We are not liable for goods confiscated by authorities.ممنوع تطلب منتجات محظورة (شوف صفحة المنتجات المحظورة). ممكن نرفض أو نلغي أو نحجز أو نبلّغ عن أي طلب في أي وقت. ومش مسؤولين عن بضاعة تصادرها السلطات.

Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول

• Do not misuse the service: no fraud, false claims, stolen payment methods, harassment, reverse engineering, scraping or automated access, interfering with the site, or breaking any law.متسيءش استخدام الخدمة: ممنوع الاحتيال والبلاغات الكاذبة ووسائل الدفع المسروقة والإزعاج والهندسة العكسية والسحب الآلي للبيانات والتدخل في الموقع ومخالفة أي قانون.
• The website, software, text, design and trademarks of Pick&Ship belong to TradeHub LLC or its licensors. You may use them only to use the service.الموقع والبرمجيات والنصوص والتصميم وعلامات Pick&Ship ملك TradeHub LLC أو المرخّصين لها. ومسموح تستخدمها فقط لاستخدام الخدمة.

Third-party stores and linksالمتاجر والروابط الخارجية

Stores and websites we link to or buy from are independent. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content, prices, stock, policies or conduct. Your purchase is also subject to the store's own terms, to the extent we accept them on your behalf.المتاجر والمواقع اللي بنربط بيها أو بنشتري منها مستقلة. مبنتحكمش فيها ولا بنؤيدها ومش مسؤولين عن محتواها أو أسعارها أو توفرها أو سياساتها أو تصرفاتها. وشراءك خاضع كمان لشروط المتجر نفسه في حدود ما نقبله بالنيابة عنك.

Disclaimersإخلاء المسؤولية

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that items will be available, authentic to a brand's standards beyond what the store represents, or fit for a particular purpose. We give no warranty on products; any manufacturer warranty is between you and the manufacturer and may not apply in Egypt.في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، الموقع والخدمات بتتقدّم "كما هي" و"حسب التوفر". مبنعدش بإن الخدمة هتشتغل بدون انقطاع أو أخطاء، ولا إن المنتجات هتكون متوفرة أو أصلية بما يتجاوز ما يعرضه المتجر أو مناسبة لغرض معيّن. ومبنقدمش ضمان على المنتجات، وأي ضمان من المصنّع بينك وبينه وممكن ميكونش ساري في مصر.

Limitation of liabilityحدود المسؤولية

• To the fullest extent the law allows, TradeHub LLC, its owners, officers, employees, partners and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.في أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، TradeHub LLC وملّاكها ومديروها وموظفوها وشركاؤها ومتعاقدوها غير مسؤولين عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية أو العقابية، ولا عن فقد الربح أو العمل أو البيانات أو السمعة.
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order (the affected item and its shipping).إجمالي مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي مطالبة متعلقة بأوردر محدود بالمبلغ اللي دفعته لينا عن الأوردر ده (المنتج المتأثر وشحنه).
• We are not liable for delays or loss caused by customs, authorities, carriers, stores, force majeure (natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, power or internet failures, transport shutdowns, sanctions or government action), or by your own errors.مش مسؤولين عن التأخير أو الفقد بسبب الجمارك أو السلطات أو شركات الشحن أو المتاجر أو القوة القاهرة (كوارث طبيعية وحرب وإضرابات وأوبئة وانقطاع كهرباء أو إنترنت وإغلاق وسائل النقل وعقوبات وإجراءات حكومية) أو أخطائك إنت.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing, or any consumer rights you have under mandatory law that cannot be waived.مفيش في الشروط دي ما يستثني أو يحدّ من مسؤولية لا يجوز استثناؤها أو الحد منها قانونًا، بما فيها الاحتيال أو الخطأ المتعمد، أو أي حقوق للمستهلك مقرّرة بقانون آمر لا يجوز التنازل عنها.

Indemnityالتعويض

You agree to compensate and hold harmless TradeHub LLC and its team against claims, losses, fines, penalties and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your orders of prohibited or illegal items, wrong or false information you gave, or your misuse of the service.بتوافق إنك تعوّض TradeHub LLC وفريقها وتخلي مسؤوليتهم عن أي مطالبات وخسائر وغرامات وعقوبات وتكاليف (بما فيها أتعاب محاماة معقولة) ناتجة عن مخالفتك للشروط، أو طلبك منتجات محظورة أو غير قانونية، أو معلومات غلط أو كاذبة قدّمتها، أو سوء استخدامك للخدمة.

Suspension and terminationالإيقاف والإنهاء

We may suspend or close your account, cancel orders or refuse service if you break these terms, we suspect fraud or illegal use, or the law requires. You can stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time; open orders still have to be completed and paid. Terms that by nature continue (payments, liability, disputes) survive termination.ممكن نوقف أو نقفل حسابك أو نلغي أوردرات أو نرفض الخدمة لو خالفت الشروط أو اشتبهنا في احتيال أو استخدام غير قانوني أو القانون طلب كده. وتقدر توقف استخدام الخدمة وتطلب قفل حسابك في أي وقت، والأوردرات المفتوحة لازم تكتمل وتتدفع. والشروط اللي بطبيعتها بتستمر (الدفع والمسؤولية والنزاعات) بتفضل سارية بعد الإنهاء.

Disputes, governing law and arbitrationالنزاعات والقانون الواجب التطبيق والتحكيم

• Talk to us first. Most problems are solved through Report a problem. If you are not satisfied, send us a written complaint and give us 30 days to resolve it before starting any formal proceeding.كلّمنا الأول. أغلب المشاكل بتتحل من "الإبلاغ عن مشكلة". لو مش راضي ابعتلنا شكوى مكتوبة وادّينا 30 يوم نحلها قبل ما تبدأ أي إجراء رسمي.
• These terms and any dispute about them or the service are governed by the laws of the United States state in which TradeHub LLC is registered, and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.الشروط دي وأي نزاع بشأنها أو بشأن الخدمة بتخضع لقوانين الولاية الأمريكية اللي مسجّلة فيها TradeHub LLC والقانون الفيدرالي الأمريكي الساري، بغض النظر عن قواعد تنازع القوانين.
• Any dispute that is not resolved will be settled by final and binding arbitration, in English or Arabic, by a single arbitrator, seated in the state of registration of TradeHub LLC (hearings may be held remotely). Either party may instead bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.أي نزاع لم يُحل هيتفض بالتحكيم النهائي الملزم، بالإنجليزي أو العربي، بمحكّم واحد، ومقره في الولاية اللي مسجّلة فيها TradeHub LLC (ويجوز عقد الجلسات عن بُعد). ويجوز لأي طرف بدلًا من ذلك رفع دعوى فردية أمام محكمة المطالبات الصغيرة المختصة.
• Disputes are resolved only on an individual basis. To the extent the law allows, you waive any right to bring or take part in a class, collective or representative action.النزاعات بتتحل على أساس فردي فقط. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون إنت بتتنازل عن أي حق في رفع أو المشاركة في دعوى جماعية أو تمثيلية.
• Claims must be brought within one year after the event that caused them, to the extent the law allows. This section does not take away any consumer-protection right you have in Egypt that cannot be waived, and it does not stop either party from seeking urgent court relief to protect its rights.لازم تُرفع المطالبات خلال سنة من الواقعة المسببة لها، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون. والبند ده مبيسلبش أي حق لحماية المستهلك عندك في مصر لا يجوز التنازل عنه، ومبيمنعش أي طرف من طلب إجراء عاجل من المحكمة لحماية حقوقه.

Changes to these termsتعديل الشروط

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its effective date, and orders already placed stay under the terms in force when they were placed. If you keep using the service after a change you accept the new terms.ممكن نحدّث الشروط. النسخة المنشورة في الصفحة دي سارية من تاريخ سريانها، والأوردرات اللي اتقدمت قبل كده بتفضل تحت الشروط اللي كانت سارية وقتها. ولو كملت استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل فإنت موافق على الشروط الجديدة.

Generalأحكام عامة

• Entire agreement: these terms, the Privacy policy, the Prohibited items page and the policy shown on your order are the whole agreement between us on the service.الاتفاق الكامل: الشروط دي وسياسة الخصوصية وصفحة المنتجات المحظورة والسياسة الموضحة في أوردرك هي الاتفاق الكامل بينّا على الخدمة.
• If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, that is not a waiver of it.لو جزء من الشروط اتبيّن إنه باطل، الباقي يفضل ساري. وعدم تطبيقنا لحق معيّن مش معناه التنازل عنه.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor or affiliate.مينفعش تحوّل حقوقك بموجب الشروط. وممكن نحوّل حقوقنا لخلف أو شركة تابعة.
• We may contact you electronically (email, in-app notices, SMS or phone) about your orders and account, and electronic notices count as written notices.ممكن نتواصل معاك إلكترونيًا (إيميل أو إشعارات التطبيق أو رسائل أو تليفون) بخصوص أوردراتك وحسابك، والإشعارات الإلكترونية بتُعتبر إشعارات مكتوبة.
• Language: these terms are provided in English and Arabic. If the two differ, the English version prevails to the extent the law allows.اللغة: الشروط متاحة بالإنجليزي والعربي. ولو في اختلاف بينهم فالنسخة الإنجليزية هي المعتمدة في حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
