For legal and safety reasons we cannot buy or ship everything. This list is not complete: you are responsible for making sure that what you order may legally be imported into Egypt.لأسباب قانونية وأمنية مقدرش أشتري أو أشحن كل حاجة. القائمة دي مش كاملة، وإنت مسؤول إنك تتأكد إن اللي بتطلبه مسموح قانونًا استيراده لمصر.

• Weapons of any kind, firearms, ammunition, parts and accessories, knives designed as weapons, stun guns, pepper spray, and imitation weapons.أسلحة بأنواعها، أسلحة نارية وذخيرة وقطع غيارها وملحقاتها، سكاكين مصمّمة كسلاح، صواعق كهربائية، بخاخ فلفل، وأسلحة تقليد.
• Explosives, fireworks, flammable or hazardous materials, compressed gases, aerosols that carriers do not accept, and loose lithium batteries.متفجرات وألعاب نارية ومواد قابلة للاشتعال أو خطرة وغازات مضغوطة وبخاخات لا تقبلها شركات الشحن وبطاريات ليثيوم منفصلة.
• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics and drug paraphernalia, and prescription medicines.مخدرات ومواد خاضعة للرقابة وأدوات تعاطي وأدوية بروشتة.
• Alcohol, tobacco, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes and their liquids.كحول وتبغ وسيجار وسجائر إلكترونية وفيب وسوائلها.
• Counterfeit, replica or unauthorised copies of branded goods, and anything that infringes intellectual property.منتجات مقلّدة أو تقليد ماركات أو نسخ غير مصرّح بها، وأي شيء ينتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
• Adult or obscene material, and anything that is illegal to possess or import in Egypt or the United States.مواد إباحية أو خادشة، وأي شيء ممنوع حيازته أو استيراده في مصر أو أمريكا.
• Surveillance and interception equipment, signal jammers, hidden cameras, GPS trackers, walkie-talkies, satellite phones and radio transmitters that need approval in Egypt.أجهزة مراقبة وتنصّت وأجهزة تشويش وكاميرات مخفية وأجهزة تتبّع GPS وأجهزة لاسلكي وهواتف قمر صناعي وأجهزة إرسال راديو تحتاج موافقة في مصر.
• Drones, military or tactical equipment, body armour, and items controlled by US export rules (EAR or ITAR) without the required licence.طائرات درون ومعدات عسكرية أو تكتيكية وسترات واقية وأي شيء خاضع لقوانين التصدير الأمريكية (EAR أو ITAR) بدون الترخيص المطلوب.
• Cash, gift cards, gold and silver bullion, securities and other negotiable instruments.نقدية وبطاقات هدايا وسبائك ذهب وفضة وأوراق مالية وغيرها.
• Live animals, plants and seeds, perishable food, and products of protected species.حيوانات حية ونباتات وبذور وأطعمة سريعة التلف ومنتجات من أنواع محمية.
• Antiques, cultural property, human remains, recalled products and gambling equipment.آثار وممتلكات ثقافية ورفات بشرية ومنتجات مسحوبة من السوق ومعدات قمار.

• Electronics with radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or mobile modules: some need approval from Egypt's telecom regulator or customs registration before use.إلكترونيات فيها راديو أو واي فاي أو بلوتوث أو شبكة موبايل: بعضها يحتاج موافقة من الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات أو تسجيل جمركي قبل الاستخدام.
• Power banks and items with built-in batteries: accepted only if they meet carrier rules.باور بانك ومنتجات ببطارية مدمجة: مقبولة فقط لو بتطابق قواعد شركات الشحن.
• Perfumes, nail polish, liquids, cosmetics, supplements and skin-care: may be limited by carriers or need health approval in Egypt.عطور وطلاء أظافر وسوائل ومستحضرات تجميل ومكملات وعناية بالبشرة: ممكن تتقيّد من شركات الشحن أو تحتاج موافقة صحية في مصر.
• Very large, heavy, fragile or very valuable items, and large quantities of the same item (customs may treat them as commercial goods).منتجات كبيرة أو تقيلة أو قابلة للكسر أو غالية جدًا، وكميات كبيرة من نفس المنتج (الجمارك ممكن تعتبرها بضاعة تجارية).

What happens if you order a prohibited itemلو طلبت منتج محظور

We may refuse or cancel the order at any time, before or after payment, and may stop the parcel in transit. If we cancel before buying, you are refunded in full. If the item was already bought or shipped, we may deduct the costs we have already paid that cannot be recovered. Authorities may confiscate prohibited goods, in which case we are not liable for the loss. We may report illegal orders to the authorities.ممكن نرفض أو نلغي الأوردر في أي وقت، قبل أو بعد الدفع، وممكن نوقف الطرد أثناء الشحن. لو لغينا قبل الشراء بترجع فلوسك كاملة. لو المنتج اتشترى أو اتشحن فممكن نخصم التكاليف اللي دفعناها ومش ممكن استردادها. ممكن السلطات تصادر المنتجات المحظورة، وفي الحالة دي مش مسؤولين عن الخسارة. وممكن نبلّغ السلطات عن الطلبات غير القانونية.
