    • Once we verify the damage or error, we will offer a full refund or replacement of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including any applicable shipping and custom fees.
  2. Customer Error or Change of Mind:

    • If you wish to return an item due to customer error or change of mind, you may do so at your own expense.
    • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and obtain a return authorization from our customer service team.
    • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping and custom fees.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Shipping and custom fees associated with the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items.
